Apparently Allstate Insurance will begin dropping some of their monoline homeowner insurance policies this year. What this means is that if you have Allstate Homeowners Insurance and Do Not Have Any Other Policy With Them, then you need to find another Insurer to handle you homeowners policy. Not having an insurance policy on your biggest investment of your life is like playing russian roulette. And you may or may not know when it's going to happen. This decision by Allstate will apparently impact 44,000 homeowners.
