Sandhills neighborhoods are diverse, and offer something for everyone and every budget, no matter which community you prefer to be in. The quality of life here is hard to find anywhere in North Carolina, or the US for that matter. Cozy, warm inviting neighborhoods intertwined amongst the many golf courses, parks, bodies of water and quaint shops and common areas. Activities and entertainment are not hard to find, and there's always something to do or take part in, no matter if you're looking for golf course communities in Pinehurst or the gated communities along Midland Rd or throughout the Sandhills. Festivals, tournaments, parks, nightlife, fine and casual dining, shopping, you name it.

As for real estate, from the $150K home to the $4M home, you can find it, all within 15 or 20 minutes of each other. Each of our sandhills neighborhoods have been planned with the "controlled growth" and "quality of life" mindset that has made our Sandhills area great. Each neighborhood is it's own little corner of the Sandhills region, but still 5-10 minutes away from any event or activity you could possibly think of.

Numerous parks and common areas dot the landscape, as do lakes, ponds and bodies of water. Some neighborhoods offer lakes within them, while others border lakes and parks within walking distance. The Pinehurst Greenway system is starting to spread, and encompasses 4 or 5 neighborhoods and the Greenway Trail System also runs by the Southern Pines reservoir. The amount of parks here is incredible, not to mention the park like setting our golf course communities, gated communities and sandhills neighborhoods provide.

There are some 200 bodies of water in Moore County, and over the years, building on the environmentally conscious attitude of the residents and caretakers before us, we have made sure to take care of those precious resources. Thankfully, the same mindset, that built the golf courses and created the "health resorts" when our communities were established over 200 years ago, have been passed down through the generations. The same rich history and legacy that created the Sandhills has also helped to preserve it in a way that creates an incredibly relaxing lifestyle.

No matter which of the Sandhills neighborhoods you choose, you can be anywhere within the main area of the Sandhills within 15 or 20 minutes. If you live in Village acres in Pinehurst, you can still be at the 4th of July fireworks at Aberdeen Lake within 10 minutes. If you live in the 7 Lakes area, you can still be in Pinehurst in 15 or 20 minutes.

Convenience, luxury, location and amenities, all within 15 minutes of anything that you may want to do or enjoy. Playing a round of golf on one of over 40 championship courses, tennis at the club or at the park, shopping or dining at any of several private restaurants and boutiques, having a picnic at the park, sunning by the pool, playing bridge with friends, or just enjoying the scenery.
