Our featured locals physician is Dr. Philip Mondi. Dr. Mondi has a great demeanor and truly cares about every patient. Because the Sandhills area offers such a fantastic quality of life, with incredible resources for the medical field, we've drawn some of the most gifted physicians from around the world, and Dr. Philip Mondi is at the head of the list. The Pinehurst Medical Clinic has grown tremendously over the last 10 years, and with internal medicine professionals like Dr. Mondi there doesn't appear to be any signs of a slow down. The online system that Pinehurst Medical has integrated makes it so easy to schedule appointments, register your insurance, track your visits and simply, take care of yourself. Dr. Mondi did his internship and his residency at Orlando Regional Medical center, as well as serving as Chief Resident at Orlando Regional, before coming to the Sandhills area. He is a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal Medicine and The National Board of Medical Examiners. Dr. Mondi received his education at the SUNY Health Sciences Center and College of Medicine in Syracuse, NY.

Dr. Mondi's office accepts all major insurance including Humana, Wellcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Medicare, Wellpoint, United Healthcare and Aetna. Being an internal physician, Dr. Mondi, our featured locals physician, is a great first point contact for anything that may be ailing you or your family.
