Payne has been doing home inspections for the last 4 years, and has been
involved in construction before he started the company in 2005. His father has
been in construction for some 30 years and Micah hasn't missed a beat. Besides
being a licensed general contractor, home inspections keep him
quite busy. I've used Micah on numerous home inspections as have hundres of
other real estate buyers and agents of buyers. His report is quite a bit more
extensive than most inspectors that you'll find in the industry. All of this
boils down to more information and potential problem identification and
elimination than you may get with other inspectors.
